ROTEL MACARONI CASSEROLE

1 # hamburger, cooked and drained
1 # Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
2/3 cup milk
(1) 16 oz. pkg of noodles, cooked and drained
1 can diced Ro-tel tomatoes

Melt cheese, mix with milk and rotel in a bowl. Stir in cooked noodles and hamburger,season to taste.

                         
   
  TATER TOT CASSEROLE


1 # hamburger
one onion, chopped
1 pkg. half-moon cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large pkg tater tots
salt and pepper to taste

Brown hamburger and onion seasoned with salt and pepper in a skillet. Drain off excess grease.
Place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle 3/4 of the grated cheese over the meat. Pour the can of cream of mushroom soup over this. Place tater tops on top of the soup layer. Bake in 350 deg. F oven until
hot and tater tots are somewhat browned. Sprinkle remainder of shredded cheese on top of tater tots and return to oven long enough to melt the cheese. Serve hot. Serves 8-10.
