2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1
c. oleo 1 egg (separated) 2/3 c. crushed corn flakes 5 c. apples, sliced 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon bit of milk
Mix flour, salt and sugar. Cut in oleo. Put egg yolk and enough milk to make 2/3
cup. Stir into the flour/sugar mixture. Separate in half. Roll 1/2 to cover a jelly roll pan. Cover the crust with corn flakes, then apples, cinnamon and
sugar. Roll the other 1/2 of the crust and cover...pinch sides like with pie. Beat egg white and brush over crust. Bake at 400 deg. for 40 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with a glaze of 1 c. pwd. sugar and 2 T. lemon juice. YUmmmY!
